When Will My Card Be Charged Again?
With respect to the Monthly Box preorders, the next payment will go through after the first box has been delivered to you and then the same date every month after that.
With respect to the Quarterly Box preorders, the next payment will go through after the first box has been delivered to you and then the same date every 3 months after that.
Which Countries Do We Ship To?
Currently, we are only shipping within continental USA. For updates regarding our expansion, please subscribe for our emails.
When Do Boxes Ship Out?
Boxes are shipped out on the 15th of every month, or every 3rd month for our quarterly subscribers.
Can I Pause My Subscription?
You may cancel, pause or reactivate your subscription at any time for no additional fees. A link will be sent to your email upon order confirmation!
